Whole oregano is the dried leaves of Origanum vulgare L. or Origanum spp. It’s an aromatic plant related to marjoram, but more pungent and not as sweet.

STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
