Italian Baked Meatballs

|3 lb Ground Beef, Veal or Pork|
|1 Yellow Onion, small diced|
|4 Eggs, beaten|
|2 Cups Big Catch Breading|
|1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan or Pecorino Cheese|
|1/2 Cup Warm Water|
|2 Tbsp Xtra-Fine Beef Base|
|1/2 tsp Black Pepper Restaurant|
|1 Tbsp Oregano, Whole|
|1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley Leaves, chopped|
|1 tsp Basil, Whole Imported|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix Karlsburger Beef Base into the 1/2 cup of warm water. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly, making sure ingredients are evenly combined.
Using a tablespoon, scoop and shape the meat mixture into golf ball size meatballs. Place meatballs in greased baking dish. Place baking dish in the oven for 40-50 minutes or until meatballs are browned and cooked through. Add to your favorite spaghetti sauce. Heat and simmer, allowing the meatballs to flavor the sauce.
