Karlsburger® Xtra-Fine Seafood Base is derived from a combination of Shrimp, Clams, Fish and Lobster meat with various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance. The product is soluble in water. The paste is light in color and has a seafood-like aroma.

- Enhance recipes with a seafood flavor
PREPARATION
Add base to boiling water, stir to dissolve.
4 ounces base / 5 quarts water
8 ounces base / 2.5 gallons water
1 pound base / 5 gallons water
STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry area for shelf life of up to one (1) year without loss of flavor.
