Karlsburger® Organic Chicken Base is derived from cooking fresh chicken meat and various certified organic ingredients and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance that is soluble in water and has a mustard yellow color.
USAGE
- Base for soups, sauces, gravies or entrees
- Enhance recipes with a rich chicken flavor
PREPARATION
Add base to boiling water, stir to dissolve.
4 ounces base / 5 quarts water
8 ounces base / 2.5 gallons water
1 pound base / 5 gallons water
STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry area for shelf life of up to one (1) year without loss of flavor.
