Organic Vegetable Base is a concentrated blend of certified organic ingredients carrots, onions and celery. This paste-like product consists of these finely ground organic vegetables, is soluble in water and yellow in color.
USAGE
- Base for soups, sauces, or entrees
- Enhance recipes with a rich vegetable flavor
PREPARATION
Add base to boiling water, stir to dissolve.
4 ounces base / 5 quarts water
8 ounces base / 2.5 gallons water
1 pound base / 5 gallons water
STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry area for shelf life of up to one (1) year without loss of flavor.
