A lower sodium, free-flowing white powder that is mixed with water to create a smooth and creamy Alfredo Sauce.
USAGE
- Pasta and pizza sauce
PREPARATION
Add 1 bag of Alfredo Sauce Mix to 1 quart of warm water. Whisk to form a slurry. Add Slurry to 3 quarts of boiling water. Whisk while continuing to heat until sauce thickens.
Add garlic, buter, and/or parmesan to taste.
STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry area for shelf life of up to one year without loss of flavor.
