Karlsburger® Hollandaise Sauce is a light yellow powdered mix with a rich buttery flavor and no added MSG. Use Hollandaise sauce to create a variety of sauces.
USAGE
- Serve over eggs Benedict, asparagus, or poached fish
- Turn Hollandaise into a Béarnaise and serve over grilled meat or fish
PREPARATION
Melt 1 lb. of butter over low heat. Blend 3.5 oz of Hollandaise Sauce Mix into butter, then add 32 oz. of milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
Yields 1 and 2/3 quarts of Hollandaise Sauce.
STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry area for shelf life of up to one year without loss of flavor.
