Karlsburger® Espagnole Sauce is a paste product with no added MSG. Makes an excellent starting point for a rich and deeply flavorful demi-glace, mushroom sauce, and many other derivatives.
USAGE
- Base for demi-glace or mushroom sauce
- Soups, Stews, Hot Sandwiches, Shepherds Pie, Poutine
- Over meatloaf, Salisbury steak, or chicken-fried steak
PREPARATION
Combine base with boiling water. Whisk until dissolved.
