Karlsburger® Black Pepper PLT is a 10 mesh (cracked) black pepper. It gives a more intense flavor to foods than ground black pepper. Slightly more coarse than café grind.

STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
