Klassic Pork Gravy

| 8 oz Butter |
| 6 oz All Purpose Flour |
| 2 oz Corn Starch |
| 1 gal Hot Water |
| 4 1/2 oz Xtra-Fine Pork Base |
| 3 Tbsp Gravy Bouquet |
| Fresh Sage (optional) |
| Fresh Thyme (optional) |
| Black Pepper Restaurant, to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a heavy 8 qt. sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Blend in flour and corn starch using a wire whip. Stir until well blended, evenly cooked and bubbly – about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water, Karlsburger Pork Base and Gravy Bouquet. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve hot.
If desired, stir in fresh sage, thyme or black pepper before serving.
