Medium cut tarragon are the cut and dried, slender green leaves of the herb Artemisia dracunculus L. and has a subtle, anise-like flavor.

STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
