Rubbed sage is ground from the dried leaves of Salvia officinalis L. Sage is an herb from an evergreen shrub, in the mint family. It enhances pork, lamb, meats and sausages.

To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
