Whole coriander are the round, yellow-brown seeds of the coriander plant and has a fragrant aroma and sweet lemony flavor. Can be used whole or ground.

STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
