Freeze dried chives are prepared from the cleaned, sorted, trimmed and freeze dried leaves of Allium schoenoprasum L. No additives or preservatives are used.

STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
