Ancho chili pepper powder is made from dehydrated, ground Pablano chili peppers. It has a slightly sweet, raisiny flavor with mild heat. This is a coarse powder, dark red in color with aroma and flavor typical of chili pepper.

STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
