Ground all spice is a dark, reddish brown colored powder, with an aromatic, clove-like odor and a strong aromatic taste. Derived from the dried, nearly ripened fruit of Pimenta dioica.

STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
