PREPARATION
Season to taste.
8 lb seasoning / 100 lb meat
Sauce: 6.5 oz seasoning / 1 gallon sauce
Rub: 3% by weight of meat or fish
STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, store in a cool, dry area in sealed containers for shelf life of up to 18 months from date of manufucture without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
