Karlsburger® NSLP 140 Chicken Gravy Mix, Gluten Free is a free-flowing light-yellow gravy powder with a savory aroma and flavor. This gravy mix is low sodium and gluten-free.
To make one gallon of gravy: Add one bag (12 oz) of Gravy Mix to 1 qt of cool water. Whip to form a slurry. Add slurry to 3 qts of boiling water. Stir while gravy sets up. Finished gravy may thicken in steam table from evaporation. If so, add water to thin out.
To preserve natural flavor, store in original, unopened containers in a cool, dry area for shelf life of up to one year without loss of flavor and/or functionality.
