Karlsburger® Chicken “M” Flavor Base is a meat-first chicken base and an economical solution for your soup and chicken broth needs. This product is derived from cooking fresh chicken meat with various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance that is soluble in water. This product contains monosodium glutamate (MSG).
USAGE
- Base for soups, sauces, gravies or entrees
- Enhance recipes with a rich chicken flavor
PREPARATION
Add base to boiling water, stir to dissolve.
4 ounces base / 5 quarts water
8 ounces base / 2.5 gallons water
1 pound base / 5 gallons water
STORAGE
To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool, dry area for shelf life of up to one (1) year without loss of flavor.
