Klassic Turkey Gravy

| 8 oz Butter |
| 6 oz All Purpose Flour |
| 2 oz Corn Starch |
| 1 gal Hot Water |
| 7 oz Xtra-Fine Turkey Base |
| 1 tsp Gravy Bouquet |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a heavy 8-quart sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Blend in flour and corn starch, using a wire whip. Stir until well blended, evenly cooked and bubbly; about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water, Karlsburger Turkey Base and Gravy Bouquet. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve hot.
Yield: 1 Gallon or approximately 64 – 2 oz servings.
