Karlsburger® Low-Sodium Poulty Gravy contains less than 135mg of sodium per serving. It is easily prepared, can be held in a steam table and can be stored and reheated for future use.
Add 1 bag of Gravy Mix to 1 quart of warm water. Whisk to form a slurry. Add slurry to 3 quarts of boiling water. Whisk while continuing to heat until gravy sets up.
Store at ambient temperature.
