Karlsburger Foods, Inc., was founded in 1956 by the Cserpes family. At that time, the company manufactured and distributed three products: chicken, beef and ham soup bases.
Today, we manufacturer and distribute over 250 items that include a full line of various flavored soup bases, sauces, seasonings, spices and gravies. With Sales Reps and distributors located throughout the Midwest, our customer base includes restaurants, schools, healthcare and manufacturers currently in 37 states.
Previously located in Dayton, Minnesota, Karlsburger constructed a brand new 26,000 square foot facility in Monticello, which was completed in March 2007 and is located at 3236 Chelsea Road West. Our new office and state of the art facility includes three production rooms; wet, dry and spice production. We have the ability to manufacturer up to 66,000 pounds of product per day – from 1 lb packages to 350 gallon drums. Large inventory capacity allows us to keep your lead times short!
