Product Description

Vegetable Flavor Base is a concentrated blend of carrots, onions, peas and celery. This paste-like product consists of finely ground vegetables, is soluble in water and has a pea-green color. Use Vegetable Flavor Base as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees. The natural vegetable flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer where ever a vegetable flavor is desired.

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water
