Our Veal Stock is made with Veal (aged 3 month or less). It has a delicate and light flavor that will compliment all of your Veal Entrees. This Veal Stock can be used in Sauces, Stocks or Soups to boost flavor. (This is a stock-only and cannot be reduced.) Use Veal Flavor Base as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees.
