Turkey Vegetable SoupIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 6 oz. Bulk Light Turkey and Pork Sausage
- 1 c. Chopped Onions
- 2 c. Fresh Green Beans, cut in 1 inch pieces.
- 2 c. Unpeeled Potato, diced
- 2 c. Fresh Chopped Tomatoes with Juices (about 4 medium)
- ¼ c. Tomato Paste
- 3 ½ c. Water
- 2 Tbs. Karlsburger Vegetable Base
Cooking Instructions:
Spray non stick Dutch oven with non stick cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat until hot. Add sausage; cook 4 minutes; stirring occasionally. Add onions; cook 2-3 minutes or until onions are tender. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until green beans are tender. *To increase salt content, add SMALL amounts of base.
