Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients & Instructions

Ingredients:
  • 7 oz. Karlsburger Demi Glaze
  • 2 qts. Warm Water
  • ½ lb. Butter, clarified
  • 4 oz. Burgandy Wine
  • 2 lbs. Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lb. Onion, freshly chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Garlic, chopped
  • 3 lbs. Turkey Breast Strips
  • 2 lbs. Sour Cream
  • ½ tsp. White Pepper
  • 1 c. Chives, freshly chopped

Cooking Instructions:
In a large skillet, lightly sauté onions, garlic, mushrooms, and turkey in butter. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add warm water to skillet. Stir Karlsburger Demi Glaze into mixture. Stir while bringing to a boil. Reduce heat. Add Burgandy Wine and sour cream. Stir until smooth. Return sautéed turkey and vegetables to skillet. Stir while simmering for 5 minutes. Serve over fettuccini or rice. Garnish with chopped chives.
