Product Description

Turkey Flavor Base “Xtra-Fine” is derived from cooking fresh turkey meat and various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance. This paste-like product consists of finely ground meat, is soluble in water and has a light brown color. Use Turkey Flavor Base “Xtra-Fine” as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees. The natural turkey flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer whenever a rich turkey flavor is desired.

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water
