Spinach Tortellini with Gorgonzola

Ingredients & Instructions

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. Blanched Spinach Tortellini
  • 6 oz. Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce, prepared
  • 2 oz. Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 1 oz. Walnuts

Cooking Instructions:
Saute blanched spinach tortellini in olive oil until heated through. Add Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce and crumbled gorgonzola cheese. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to low for 2-3minutes; stirring frequently. Pour over oven proof platter. Sprinkle walnuts over the top and bake for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees. Place platter on liner and serve.
