Product Description

This “Special Recipe” product has a natural, roasted meat flavor, with no after taste. It is concentrated in a smooth paste that is highly soluble in water. This paste product consists of finely ground meat and has a mustard yellow color.

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water

Use “Special Recipe” Chicken Base whenever a rich, natural chicken flavor is desired. It can be used to enhance soups, sauces, gravies and entrees.

Cooked Chicken (Chicken, Chicken Broth, Chicken Fat), Salt, Sugar, Dried Whey, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Modified Corn Starch, Onion Powder, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Turmeric, Flavoring and Lecithin.

Storage Recommendations
This product is shelf-stable for one (1) year when stored in a cool, dry location. To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening.
