Sauce Diable: Use on grilled or roasted poultryIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 1 Tbs. Chopped Shallots
- ¼ c. Fresh Thyme
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp. Karlsburger Cafe Black Pepper
- 1 Tbs. Chopped Parsley, fresh
- ½ tsp. Karlsburger Dry Mustard
- 3 Tbs. Tomato Puree
- 2 c. Karlsburger Demi Glace
- ¼ tsp. Karlsburgr Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbs. Karlsburger Lemon Pepper
- 1 c. White wine
- ¼ c. white wine Vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
In a medium sauce pan, add shallots, thyme, bay leaves, mustard cracked pepper, white wine vinegar and simmer until reduced by ¾. Add Karlsburger Demi Glace tomato puree and Karlsburgr Cayenne Pepper and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Strain, add chopped parsley and season to taste. Hold for Service.
