Roasted Pepper Dipping Sauce

Try on Beef Kabob's, Chicken Fingers, Pita Chips or as a sauce for anything that needs dipping.Ingredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 2 ½ c. Canned Roasted Red Peppers, drained
- 1 c. Onions, medium diced
- ½ c. Water
- 1/3 c. + 1 Tbs. Karlsburger Crab Base
- ¼ c. Lemon Juice
- 2 ½ tsp. Karlsburger Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Karlsburger Onion Powder
- 2 qts. Sour Cream
- 1 1/3 c. Horseradish, drained
Cooking Instructions:
In a food processor, puree peppers, onions, water, Karlsburger Crab Base lemon juice, garlic and onion powders until smooth. Add sour cream and horseradish. Blend until smooth. Chill. Yields: 44 2 oz. servings or 2 ¾ quarts.
