Pork Medallions with Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients & Instructions

Ingredients:
  • 4 Medium Morel Mushrooms
  • 6 oz. Pork Tenderloin
  • Karlsburger Cracked Black Pepper
  • Butter
  • 6 oz. Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce
  • 8 oz. Angel Hair Pasta, al dente

Cooking Instructions:
Steep mushrooms in simmering water. Remove and chill. Lightly roll pork tenderloins in Karlsburger Cracked Black Pepper. Slice tenderloins into 1/2” medallions. Saute medallions and morsels in butter until pork is seared on both sides. Add prepared Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce, and angel hair pasta and bring to a simmer, plate and serve.
