Product Description

Pork Gravy is a full-flavored, natural tasting gravy. It is a powdered product with no added MSG. To make one gallon of Pork Gravy, add one 13-ounce package of Karlsburger Pork Gravy Mix to one quart of warm water. Whip to form a slurry. Add slurry to three quarts of boiling water. Stir while gravy sets up. Finished gravy may thicken in steam table from evaporation. If so, add water to thin out.
