New England Clam ChowderIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 22 oz. bag Karlsburger Cream Soup Base
- 1 Gal. Warm Water
- 3 lbs. Potatoes, diced and boiled
- ½ lb. Clams, chopped and drained
- 2 oz. Karlsburger Clam Base
- 1/8 c. Onion, diced
- ¼ c. Carrots, cooked and diced
Cooking Instructions:
Dissolve Karlsburger Clam Base in warm water. Blend Karlsburger Cream Soup Base with Karlsburger Clam Base and warm water. Whipping while bringing to a boil. Reduce heat. Add potatoes, clams, onions and carrots. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
