Product Description

Use Mushroom Flavor Base as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees. This paste-like product consists of finely ground mushrooms, is soluble in water and has a light brown color. The natural mushroom flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer where ever a mushroom flavor is desired.

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water
