Mediterranean Chicken PastaIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 4 oz. Julienne Chicken Breast
- ¼ c. cup Zucchini, diced
- Olive Oil
- 4 oz. Tomato Concasse
- ½ Tbs. Capers
- ¼ c. Sliced Black Olives
- ½ c. Artichoke Hearts, drained
- 6 oz. Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce, prepared
- 8 oz. Vermicelli, al dente
Cooking Instructions:
Saute chicken breast and zucchini in olive oil until all sides are seared. Add the tomato concasse and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Add capers, oilives and artichoke hearts. Then, add the Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce and Vermicelli. Bring to a simmer, plate and serve. Garnish with fresh oregano or thyme.
