Mediterranean Chicken Pasta

Ingredients & Instructions

Ingredients:
  • 4 oz. Julienne Chicken Breast
  • ¼ c. cup Zucchini, diced
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 oz. Tomato Concasse
  • ½ Tbs. Capers
  • ¼ c. Sliced Black Olives
  • ½ c. Artichoke Hearts, drained
  • 6 oz. Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce, prepared
  • 8 oz. Vermicelli, al dente

Cooking Instructions:
Saute chicken breast and zucchini in olive oil until all sides are seared. Add the tomato concasse and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Add capers, oilives and artichoke hearts. Then, add the Karlsburger Alfredo Sauce and Vermicelli. Bring to a simmer, plate and serve. Garnish with fresh oregano or thyme.
