Marsala Sauce: use on poultry and winged gameIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 1 Tbs. Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbs. Minced Shallot
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 1 c. Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 2/3 c. Marsala Wine
- 2 c. Karlsburger Demi Glace
- ½ c. Heavy Cream
Cooking Instructions:
In a medium pan, sauté garlic and shallots until lightly browned, add mushrooms and Marsala wine. Simmer mushrooms until Marsala is reduced by ¾. Add cream and simmer until reduce by ½. Add Karlsburger Demi Glace and return to a simmer. Season to taste and hold for service.
