Madiera Sauce - Great on Grilled and/or Roasted Meats!

Ingredients & Instructions

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbs. Butter
  • 1 Tbs. Minced Shallots
  • 1 Tbs. Minced Garlic
  • 1 c. Madiera Wine
  • 2 c. Karlsburger Demi Glace
  • 2 Tbs. Softened Butter

Cooking Instructions:
Sauté Shallots and garlic in 1 Tbs. butter until moderately browned. Deglaze pan with Madiera Wine and reduce by ¾. Add Karlsburger Demi Glace and bring to a simmer. Whisk small amounts of butter in sauce and season to taste. Hold for Service.
