Klassic Turkey GravyIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 8 oz Margarine
- 6 oz. All Purpose Flour
- 2 oz. Corn Starch
- 1 Gal. Hot Water
- 5 oz. Karlsburger Turkey Base
- 3 Tbs. Karlsburger Gravy Bouquet
Cooking Instructions:
In a heavy 8 qt sauce pan, melt margarine over medium heat. Belnd in flour and corn starch, using a wire whip. Stir until well blended, evenly cooked and bubbly; about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water, Karlsburger Turkey Base and Karlsburger Gravy Bouquet Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve hot. Yield: 1 Gallon or approx. 64 – 2 oz servings.
