Klassic Pork GravyIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 8 oz. Margarine
- 6 oz. All Purpose Flour
- 2 oz. Corn Starch
- 1 Gal. Hot Water
- 4 ½ oz. Karlsburger Pork Base
- 3 Tbs. Karlsburger Gravy Bouquet
Cooking Instructions:
In a heavy 8 qt. sauce pan, mely margaine over medium heat. Blend in flour and corn starch using a wire whip. Stir until well blended, evenly cooked and bubbly; about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water, Karlsburger Pork Base and Karlsburger Gravy Bouquet Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve hot. Yield 1 Gal. or approx 64 2 oz servings.
