Klassic Chicken GravyIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 8 oz. Margarine or Chicken Fat
- 6 oz. All Purpose Flour
- 2 oz. Corn Starch
- 1 Gallon Hot Water
- 4 oz. Karlsburger Chicken Base
Cooking Instructions:
In heavy 8 qt. sauce pan, melt margarine over medium heat. Blend in flour and cornstarch, using a wire whip. Stir until well blended, evenly cooked and bubbly; about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water and Karlsburger Chicken Base Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve hot. Yield: 1 Gallon. Or approx. 64 – 2 oz. servings.
