Klassic Beef GravyIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 8 oz. Margarine (or beef drippings)
- 6 oz. All Purpose Flour
- 2 oz. Corn Starch
- 1 Gal. Hot Water
- 3 ½ oz Karlsburger Beef Base
- ¼ c. Karlsburger Gravy Bouquet
Cooking Instructions:
In heavy 8 quart sauce pan, melt margarine over medium heat. Blend in flour and cornstarch using a wire whip. Stir until well blended, evenly cooked, and bubbly; about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in water, Karlsburger Beef Base and Gravy Bouquet Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve hot. Yield: 1 Gallon – approx. 64 – 2 oz. servings.
