Karlsburger Foods welcomes new Saint Louis Representative Richard Panson
Posted on 01/31/2012Richard Panson was born and raised in New York City, and started studying in professional kitchens from the age of 12. He decided to pursue a formal degree in culinary arts and business management at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI until making the switch to a more intensive culinary based program at the French Culinary Institute, NYC where he obtained his grand diploma in culinary arts. He has spent time working in operations on the east coast and across the mid west ranging from upscale fine dining restaurants, to large scale catering, and high volume scratch foodservice venues. He has worked in kitchens under both James beard and Michelin award winning chefs and is both excited and passionate to join Karlsburger foods, Inc. as a route sales representative.
