Hungarian Mushroom SoupIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:Step 1: Saute the following items:
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 ½ c. Onions, Fresh & Chopped
- 1 ½ Tbs. (6 Cloves) Garlic, Fresh & Chopped
- 4 c. Mushrooms, Fresh & Chopped
- 1 ½ Tbs. Dillweed
- 1 ½ Tbs. Karlsburger Hungarian Paprika
- ¼ tsp. White Pepper
- 1 ½ Tbs. Real Lemon Juice
- 2 qts. Water
- 3 Tbs. Karlsburger Beef Base
- 3 Tbs. Worchester Sauce
- 1 ½ tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 3 ½ cups (14 oz.) Karlsburger Cream Soup Base
- 1 qt. Cool water
Cooking Instructions:
Simmer and stir until the soup thickens. Enjoy!
