Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Ingredients & Instructions

Ingredients:
Step 1: Saute the following items:
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1 ½ c. Onions, Fresh & Chopped
  • 1 ½ Tbs. (6 Cloves) Garlic, Fresh & Chopped
  • 4 c. Mushrooms, Fresh & Chopped
Step 2: Add the following to the above sautéed items; bring to a boil
Step 3: Now add:
Step 4: Whip and dissolve the following into a slurry:

Cooking Instructions:
Simmer and stir until the soup thickens. Enjoy!
