Garlic Mushroom SauteeIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 4 Garlic Cloves, Medium Sized
- 1 Shallot
- 1 c. Karlsburger Au Jus, Prepared
- 1 c. White Wine
- 2 TBS. Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- As Desired – Karlsburger Gravy Bouquet
Cooking Instructions:
Mince Garlic and Shallot. In a medium pan, cook garlic and shallot in olive oil over medium heat until garlic is translucent. Add mushrooms. Increase the heat and cook until garlic is brown. Add white whine and Karlsburger Au Jus Reduce to one half. Use Karlsburger Gravy Bouquet for desired color. Hold for service in steam table. Serve over steaks. Serves 12 – 16.
