Product Description
Clam Base is derived from cooking fresh claim meat and various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance. The product is soluble in water. The paste is light in color and has a clam-like aroma. Use Clam Base as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces or Entrees. The natural clam flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer whenever a rich clam flavor is desired.Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water

Storage Recommendations
