Chipotle Chicken Quick PastaIngredients & Instructions
Ingredients:- 1 6 oz Chicken Breast
- 8 oz. Cooked Pasta of Choice (Penne, Farfalle, Tortellini, ect.)
- 1 c. Heavy Cream
- ½ Tbs. Karlsburger Chipotle Base
- 1 Pinch Table Salt
- 1 Tbs. Olive Oil or Clarified Butter
Cooking Instructions:
Designed for that last minute special, this recipe can be produced by having on hand, just a few everyday items. One special note, however, the heavy cream used should contain at least 38% butter fat for the proper consistency and ease of production. Dice or julienne the raw chicken breast into pieces no larger than ½” thick. In a Teflon pan, sauté in oil or butter until seared. Pour in heavy cream and add Karlsburger Chipotle Base. Continue cooking over moderate to high heat, swirling pan periodically. When the Karlsburger Chipotle Base is blended in, add pasta. Continue to cook until the cream has reduced to a consistency that will coat the back of a spoon. Season to taste with a pinch of salt if necessary. Plate and Serve.
