Product Description

Chicken “M” Flavor Base is derived from cooking fresh chicken meat and various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance. This paste-like product consists of finely ground meat, is soluble in water and has a yellow color. This product DOES contain MSG (Monosodium Glutamate).

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water

Use Chicken “M” Flavor Base as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees. The natural chicken flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer whenever a rich chicken flavor is desired.

Ingredient Statement
Chicken Meat, including Natural Juices and Chicken Fat, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Whey Protein, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Onion Powder, Turmeric and Flavoring.

Storage Recommendations
This product is shelf-stable for one (1) year when stored at ambient temperatures. To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening.
