Product Description

“Xtra-Fine” Chicken Flavor Base is derived from cooking fresh chicken meat and various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance. This paste-like product consists of finely ground meat, is soluble in water and has a mustard yellow color with no added MSG.

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water

Karlsburger Chicken Base may be added to soups, gravies, or used to baste chickens when roasting.
