Product Description

“Xtra-Fine” Chicken Flavor Base is derived from cooking fresh chicken meat and various seasonings and then concentrated to form a smooth paste-like substance. This paste-like product consists of finely ground meat, is soluble in water and has no added color.

Approximate Usage
3/4 tsp of Base....1 Cup Water
4 oz of Base....5 Qts Water
8 oz of Base....2 1/2 Gal. Water
1 lb of Base....5 Gal. Water

Use Chicken “L” Flavor Base “Xtra-Fine” as a concentrated base for Soups, Sauces, Gravies or Entrees. The natural chicken flavor can be used as a flavor enhancer whenever a rich chicken flavor is desired.

Cooked Chicken (Chicken Meat, Chicken Extract, Chicken Fat), Salt, Sugar, Whey Protein, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Dehydrated Onion, Turmeric, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate and Flavoring.

Storage Recommendations
This product is shelf-stable for one (1) year when stored at ambient temperatures. To preserve natural flavor, refrigerate after opening.
